    DDTC Intranet is an enterprise collaboration platform designed to
    streamline internal communication, project management, document
    sharing, and knowledge management across DDTC. As a Product Owner,
    I led product planning and backlog prioritization, collaborated with cross-
    functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centric
    features, and coordinated Agile development to deliver continuous product
    improvements. I focused on enhancing user experience, workflow
    efficiency, and internal collaboration while ensuring the platform aligned
    with organizational goals and supported employees' day-to-day operations.




    Perpajakan.id | 2021

    Perpajakan.id is a web-based tax research and knowledge platform that
    provides comprehensive access to tax regulations, articles, and reference
    materials for professionals, businesses, and academics in Indonesia. As a
    Product Owner, I defined product vision, prioritized the product backlog,
    and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused
    features using Agile methodologies. I worked closely with stakeholders to
    improve search functionality, content accessibility, user experience, and
    platform performance, ensuring the product effectively supported tax
    research and knowledge management.




    Surplus - Clearance Sale App | 2024

    Surplus – Clearance Sale App is a mobile application that helps reduce
    food waste by connecting consumers with restaurants, cafes, hotels, and
    local businesses offering surplus food at discounted prices. As a Marketing
    Technology Specialist, I optimized the app's digital growth through SEO,
    marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign tracking. I
    implemented GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance dashboards to
    measure user behavior and marketing effectiveness, while collaborating
    with product and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition,
    engagement, conversion, and retention in support of the company's
    sustainability mission.

    Alexa Rank Improvement – ddtc.co.id focused on increasing the website's
    authority, visibility, and traffic through strategic SEO and content
    optimization initiatives. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, I conducted
    keyword research, on-page and technical SEO optimization, backlink
    strategy, content planning, and performance monitoring using analytics
    tools. I collaborated with editorial and development teams to improve
    search rankings, increase organic traffic, and continuously optimize website
    performance, contributing to a stronger Alexa Rank and overall digital
    presence between 2018 and 2021.




    Pijar Academy ID | 2025

    Pijar Academy is an online learning platform that provides industry-
    relevant courses to help professionals develop practical skills and advance
    their careers. As an SEO & Digital Marketing Consultant, I conducted SEO
    audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO
    recommendations to improve organic visibility and search performance. I
    also developed content optimization strategies, enhanced on-page SEO,
    and identified growth opportunities to increase website traffic, search
    rankings, and user engagement.
